This site uses reviewed defaults for coverage, waste, material price ranges, and labor ranges. These are planning assumptions, not live prices.

What the ranges mean

Low and high values represent rough planning ranges. They are intentionally broad because brand, location, season, job size, and site conditions can change real prices.
